2007 La Carrera Panamericana pictures!

We have finally finished uploading all of the pictures from La Carrera Panamericana 2007!

While 9,079 pictures are now to be found online here, they cannot even begin to capture all of what La Carrera Panamericana is about.

I was one person standing in one or two corners a day and then trying to beat the pack to the town squares and parties each day. It is an impossible task as there is simply too much to see and attempt to capture for one person, let alone try and experience the whole thing myself.

La Carrera Panamericana is BIG. 100 or so cars with 200 occupants. 70 or more support vehicles with countless occupants in each. 30 or so traveling La Carrera Staff cars full of people. 1,000’s of police support vehicles. Two million or more fans that come to watch.

Hopefully for my fellow organizers, pilotos, co-pilotos, servicio crews, course marshals, fans and all of their families that could not join us in the fun I have captured a small bit of what the “Spirit” of La Carrera Panamericana is.
