You cannot experience a race like this anyplace else in the world. This is the real deal .. an actual race that is still run rather than re-enacted as a parade. It remains the way it was in the early 50’s when racing was for real.

Drive 40 mph or 200, you are respected for even showing up.

Hey, now that’s cool as hell! Loved the theme song too. Isn’t it amazing… I remember when that movie came out and 2010 seemed like way into the future but now it’s right around the corner. I have to laugh when I try to imagine myself back in 2010 saying, “In 2010 I want to be racing a 1965 GT350 in some race down in Mexico.” LOL.
