Racing in Mexico!
May 18, 2007
Want to know what you are getting into if you come and race with us in Mexico? Here is a video taken from Sam Burg’s LT Special during the Chihuahua Express this year. The Express is used as a prep race for La Carrera Panamericana, and is run with the same rules. The beginning of the video shows The Chihuahua Express overall winners Doug Mockett and Angélica Fuentes launch in the Olds “en nombre solamente”. After 30 seconds, the LT is launched and you can see how Sam’s driving landed him a 3rd place overall finish at the event. More video and pictures will be coming soon!

Happy Holidays!
December 24, 2006
Happy holidays from all of us here at The Unlimited Class at La Carrera Panamericana!
We will be announcing our new rules in January, so stay tuned! (Hint hint: non street legal cars?)
Here is a happy holidays video for your enjoyment. Piloto Rusty Ward and Co-Piloto James Miller went swimming this year at La Carrera Panamericana. Because of the safety features of the cars, these types of crashes are all in a days work for La Carrera drivers. Rusty and James fixed the car and were ready for the last day of racing!
Please drive safe during the holidays!
Thanks Heiko and Brian Durand for the vid!

Ferrari F430 in celebration of La Carrera Panamericana
August 29, 2006
Ferrari released the F430 in celebration of their last win at La Carrera Panamericana and then took the F430 to Mexico and ran La Carrera Panamericana’s route and made a nice promotional film to go along with it. Enjoy!
To correct their video, 1954 was not the last year of La Carrera Panamericana. For the last 18 years it has been a succesful historic race. This year, The Unlimited Class will bring back modern cars to the race. See you in Mexico Ferrari!
The hillsides filled full of catus seen in the video are part of Day 2- Oaxaca to Puebla Looking at the still pictures is recommended.
